  • $75/hour for planning work (remote). On-site concierge is $400/day for 8-hour days. Final price depends on destination, group size, and scope. We'll discuss details on your consultation call.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Yes. If your retreat is already planned, I can manage on-site logistics at $400/day for an all-day coverage. You cover housing and flights. (NOTE: I may only need a one-way flight!)

  • No. I handle operations and logistics. You handle marketing, sales, and filling your retreat. Think of me as the behind-the-scenes conductor—I handle all the moving parts (logistics, vendors, guest experience, problem-solving) so you can stay in front of the room and do the actual magic.

  • Yes. As part of on-site concierge, I capture photos and videos of the retreat experience—guest moments, activities, testimonials. You can use this for social media, marketing, and testimonials. It's included in the on-site support.

  •  50% non-refundable retainer to start, 25% mid-project, 25% one week before the retreat.

  • The retainer is non-refundable. It covers time I've already invested in your retreat.

  •  3–6 months is ideal, especially for international retreats. Shorter timelines are possible.

  • Yes. I work domestic and international. Experience includes Central America, Mexico, and US locations. But open to all locations!

  • Yes. I coordinate with venues and vendors to accommodate dietary needs, accessibility, and special requests.
